INGREDIENTS
50ml Acqua Bianca
Crushed Ice
METHOD
Pour Acqua Bianca into a ballon glass or an old fashion glass filled with crushed ice.


SAL’S STINGER
INGREDIENTS
20ml Acqua Bianca
40ml Cognac VSOP
METHOD
Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
SPRITZER FRESCO
INGREDIENTS
45 ml Acqua Bianca
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
5/6 mint leaves
120 ml Prosecco
Splash of soda
METHOD
Pour Acqua Bianca and the lemon juice into a large wine glass filled with ice. Add the mint leaves, top up with Prosecco and a splash of soda. Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

WHITE GRASSHOPPER
INGREDIENTS
25ml Acqua Bianca
25ml White Creme de Cacao
25ml Double Cream
METHOD
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with white grated chocolate.
ACQUA BIANCA SOUR
INGREDIENTS
50ml Acqua Bianca
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
METHOD
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake long and sharp and strain into a chilled coupe glass with ice or on a large ice cube.


SALVAMENTO
INGREDIENTS
15ml Acqua Bianca
30ml Calvados
20ml Amaro Montenegro
METHOD
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.
WHITE SPIDER
INGREDIENTS
20ml Acqua Bianca
40ml Vodka
METHOD
Pour both ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a green olive.


STARMAN
INGREDIENTS
15ml Acqua Bianca
40ml 12 Year Old Malt Whisky
Umeshu soda
METHOD
Pour the whiskey and Acqua Bianca directly into a highball glass with ice. Top up with the Umeshu soda, stir and garnish with Kikuna leaf.
To make your own Umeshu soda, fill a soda siphon with 500ml Umeshu wine and charge with two soda charges.
CIAO BELLA

35ml Dutch Cacao

Pour Acqua Bianca and Dutch Cacao into an old fashioned glass filled with a large ice cube and stir.
